拉脱维亚 LLC“Riga Ropax Terminal”宣布为新的客运和滚装货轮码头举办公开概念设计竞赛。新的客运码头将使里加跻身欧洲邮轮港口地图，为里加提供现代化、环保的渡轮客运服务，并为滚装货运领域的发展创造新的机遇，新航运码头大楼将位于 Exportosta 南部，以减少里加市中心的交通流量，并减少噪音和空气污染。

竞赛的任务是确定里加 ROPAX 航运码头区域空间发展愿景的最佳方案。

竞赛总奖金为 65 000,00 欧元。

具有执业资格的专业人士或设计公司，详见任务书说明。爱沙尼亚的 Osaühing R-KONSULT、芬兰的 ALA Architects 和美国的 Berenblum Busch Architects 已被预先邀请参加此次竞赛。

奖项设置 

第一名：18,000欧元（约合人民币139,390元）； 

第二名：10,000欧元（约合人民币77,439元）； 

第三名：7,000欧元（约合人民币54,207元）。
