一、本次设计竞赛主题为“成眉高新、创享未来”，立足于成渝双城经济圈大背景下的成德眉资同城化暨成都都市圈城市形象建设与展示，主要针对成眉高新技术产业带标识体系进行设计方案征集。包括成眉高新技术产业带地标牌装置设计类竞赛和成眉高新技术产业带LOGO图标设计类竞赛，为保持同一识别度，鼓励参赛者同时参与两类竞赛，将地标牌装置设计转化为LOGO图标设计。最终确定的地标牌装置设计方案参与招投标成功后，将在成都与眉山交界地建设落地，LOGO图标设计方案将被官方使用于产业带内各大产业园区等实地场景、成眉高新技术产业带各大媒体传播平台及部分相关工作场域。 

1. Competition Theme The theme of this design competition is "Chengdu-Meishan High-tech, Creating a Future", based on the context of the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle and the urban image construction and display of the Chengdu metropolitan area and Meishan. The competition mainly focuses on the design proposals for the identification system of the  Chengdu-Meishan high-tech technology industrial belt, including the design competition for landmark signage installations, and the design competition for LOGO icons. To maintain consistency in recognition, participants are encouraged to participate in both competitions and convert the landmark sign and installation design into a logo icon design. The final selected landmark sign and installation design proposal will be constructed and implemented at the border between Chengdu and Meishan after successful bidding. The logo icon design proposal will be officially used in various industrial parks within the industrial belt, as well as in major media platforms and some relevant work areas.

三、设计场地天府大道中轴南延线以四川成都天府新区标识牌和眉山天府新区标识牌两端为界，场地位于天府大道中央约长210米、宽约8米的绿化带内（30°15′22″ E，104°4′12″N）。详见资料包内卫星图及CAD测绘图。 

3.Design SiteThe design site is located within a green belt approximately 210 meters long and 8 meters wide in the center of Tianfu Avenue's south extension axis, bounded by the Tianfu New Area signboard in Chengdu and the Meishan Tianfu New Area signboard. The coordinates are 30°15′22″E, 104°4′12″N. Please refer to the satellite image and CAD surveying and mapping in the information package for more details.       

四、设计要求对地标牌装置的外观及结构等进行方案设计，参考后续建设总费用150万以内预算进行设计（可不包含基座等辅助费用），包括平面图、立面图、效果图、初步结构图，并对概预算、材料使用以及设计寓意等予以说明，需在显著位置体现“成眉高新技术产业带”及“天府大道科创大走廊”寓意或字样。 

4.Design RequirementsDesign proposals for the appearance and structure of the landmark sign, with a reference to a total budget of 1.5 million yuan for subsequent construction (excluding auxiliary costs such as the base). The proposal should include floor plans, elevations, renderings, preliminary structural diagrams, and explanations of the estimated budget, material usage, and design concepts. The "Chengdu-Meishan High-tech Industrial Belt" and "Tianfu Avenue Science and Technology Innovation Corridor" “成眉高新技术产业带”及“天府大道科创大走廊”should be prominently displayed in the design.
