The Forestias is one of the largest property developmentprojects in Thailand. The highlight of the project is a 48,000 square meter ofurban forest at the center of The Forestias, connecting all developments withinthe site to create a healthier and happier living for all residents. The ForestPavilion is located in The Forestias, which currently functions as the salesgallery, and will be converted into The Forestias Ecosystem Learning Center forsharing knowledge of forest ecosystem, and be a hub of residence society forjoyful moments. it is also an entrance gateway to the broad forest zone of TheForestias, providing a prototype of living with nature.

团队承诺将保证用户的幸福和健康，将研究作为设计策略来实现与自然共处的沉浸式体验。，将大部分区域规划为可以从Forest Pavilion的各个角度看到的绿色空间，展示自然的潜在优势，鼓励用户接近自然，支持人与自然的互动。

Our commitment is to support happiness and wellness of theusers and create an immersive experience of living with nature, which achievedby utilizing the research as design strategies. From those findings, we decidedto dedicate majority of area as green space that can be seen from every angleof the Forest Pavilion, and demonstrates potential benefits of nature thatintegrates and encourages users to access to nature to support humaninteraction with nature.

景观理念是“与自然共生”，包含三个目标：种下与自然共生的未来，沉浸在旷野中，平衡人类活动与城市森林的生长——将亭台楼阁的僵化形式转变为中央森林的自然自由形态，最大限度地保护所有用户和居民的隐私，提供真实的森林生活体验，提供与自然共处的快乐。

The landscape concept is “Symbiosis with Nature”which embracesthree objectives:planting the future of symbiosis with nature,immersingthe wilderness, andbalancing human activities and the growth ofurban forest–by transforming rigid form ofpavilion into the natural freeform of central forest, maximize privacy for allusers and residents, provide the authentic experience of living in the forest,and provide happiness of living with nature.

Forest Pavilion旨在成为与自然共生的试验室，因此Forest Pavilion将自然的本质与景观设计相结合，让用户以城市化的形式获得独特的自然体验。此外，宜人的人行道和空中步道旨在吸引人们到户外活动，在宁静如画的风景中享受优质的自然环境。

The Forest Pavilion is intended to be a testing lab forsymbiosis with nature, so the essences of nature have been integrated withlandscape design at the Forest Pavilion, where users can have a uniqueexperience of nature in an urbanized form. Plus, delightful walkway and skywalkare designed to attract people go outdoor and to enjoy the quality of naturalenvironment with tranquil picturesque landscape.

At Forest Pavilion, the scale of natural environment here hasbeen extended further beyond any typical urban environment. By creatingMiyawaki Eco Forest, this dynamic forest-like landscape is a living paradisecreating biodiversity that will grow and evolve along with the current andfuture generations.

实施SITES、WELL、LEED国际标准。将可持续设计与高品质现代生活方式融为一体，居民将在城市肌理中享受与自然融为一体的清新生活体验。

International standards of SITES, WELL, and LEED wereimplemented. Residents will enjoy a refreshing living experience with natureamong the urban fabric, which integrated sustainable design with high-qualitymodern lifestyle.

幸福是The Forestias中倡导的简单而有力的宣言。它是理想的生活避难所，展示居住在城市森林中的幸福。良好的环境质量，将造就居民健康长寿，也为世世代代家庭营造一个温馨温馨的社会。居民将与自然和谐地共享互惠互利，学习成为自然的一部分，并提高意识以创造一个更美好、更可持续的世界。团队希望这可以成为住房发展的转折点，为未来提供一系列高质量的住房项目。

Happiness—a simpleyet powerful manifesto advocated in The Forestias. It is the ideal livingsanctuary that demonstrates happiness of dwelling within the urban forest. Agood quality of environment will lead to good health and longevity ofresidents, and it also create a kind and warm society for generations offamilies. Residents will share mutual benefits with nature harmoniously,learning to be part of nature and raising awareness to create a better and moresustainable world. Hopefully, this can be a turning point of housingdevelopments in the country and lead to a series of high-quality housingprojects.
