EVA Architects 艺瓦建筑是一家以人文建筑为主要设计方向的专业性外资事务所。我们以创意为核心，致力于为客户提供前瞻性的建筑体验空间。EVA的团队设立于上海与广州，在深圳、香港均有布点，团队由建筑师、室内设计师、专项顾问等专业人员组成。

EVA Architects 艺瓦建筑的项目经验涵盖教育、文化、康养、办公等多领域，擅长教育空间的整体打造。自成立伊始，已多次获得AIA美国建筑师协会提名及奖项。2018年，于伊拉克沼泽地学校国际竞赛中脱颖而出，成为亚洲地区唯一荣获塔玛尤兹建筑竞赛优秀设计奖的国际事务所。2021年，设计在建的杭州太保CCRC项目荣获德国ICONIC标志性设计奖。同年，花鸟岛游客码头入选美国A+ Awards年度优秀未建成建筑设计奖。

EVA Architects艺瓦建筑的业务范围包括建筑设计、室内设计和景观设计，可针对委托项目提供定制式全程解决方案，服务阶段覆盖前期功能规划、概念方案设计、扩初设计以及后期施工现场配合。EVA希望用专业的全过程服务，呈现高质量项目的落地和完成度。

EVA Architects is a professional foreign-funded firm with humanistic architecture as its main design direction. We take creativity as the core, we are committed to providing customers with forward-looking architectural spaces. EVA’s team is established in Shanghai and Guangzhou, with offices in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Our team is composed of architects, interior designers, special consultants and other professionals.

EVA Architects’ project experience covers education, culture, health care, office and other fields, and is good at the overall design-and-built of educational spaces. We have been nominated and won several top level architecture awards. In 2018, we won the Excellent Design Award of the Tamayuz Architecture Competition as the only international firm in Asia who win the Competition. In 2021, the project Age Hangzhou CCRC won the Iconic Awards. Same year，Huaniao Island Tourist Terminal be finalisted in Architizer A+ Awards.

The design specialty of EVA Architects includes architectural design, interior design and landscape design. The scope of design services covers the whole process from early architectural function planning to conceptual design and late construction site cooperation to present the landing and completion of high-quality projects.

EVA is looking for Junior Architects to join our team.

Experience & Qualifications:
• Professional degree and at least 3 years post-graduation professional work experience.
•Proven track record of working on concept design to design development stages of cultural, commercial or hospitality projects (Please be specific about your role on these projects in your portfolio).
• Strong design and graphics skills and excellent physical model-making skills .
• Knowledge of local building and land use codes and regulatory requirements.
• A strong team player with positive energy and is reliable with a sense of responsibility.
• Be able to keep up with the fast paced work environment and deal with obstacles and tight deadlines with a positive attitude; able to prioritize and multi-task when be required.
• Strong communication skills, an ability to accelerate the communication and efficiency.
• Bilingual Chinese English is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of common design and layout software: Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe etc.

@ Senior Interior Designer 资深室内设计师（上海）

EVA is looking for Senior Interior Designers to join our team.

Experience & Qualifications:
• Professional degree and at least 5 years of professional experience and published references.
•Proven track record of working on design to construction stages of large cultural, commercial or hospitality projects and have been involved in a minimum of five under construction/completed projects – from concept design to construction design (please be specific about your role on these projects in your portfolio).
• Exceptional design, expertise in construction drawings and construction details; strong understanding of building systems and materials. Experienced in BIM & Revit is an advantage.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of local building codes, materials, practice standards, and industry expectations.
• Experience successfully working with a multidisciplinary team; Capable of guiding and training younger staff; Has a strong capacity to develop and coordinate strategies to ensure the team reaches the goals and high-quality levels of production required to meet project milestones.
• Highly organized and efficient, able to multi-task through tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and is a strong team player.
• Positive energy; with an ability to accelerate the communication and efficiency between clients, collaborators, consultants, and partners.
• Excellent level of verbal and written English. Bilingual Chinese English is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of common design and layout software: Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe suits etc.

1. 建筑学或室内相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有5年以上专业工作经验，作为室内设计师参与并落地多种业态室内项目；
2. 有文化艺术或公建类项目经历，至少拥有五个在建或已落成项目中负责全阶段设计工作的经验（请在作品集中说明所任职务及工作内容）；
3. 具备很强的设计能力，精通施工图绘制及设计节点把控；熟悉建筑系统和材料；拥有BIM和Revit经验者将获优先考虑；

Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above majoring in architecture and/or interior design.

• Strong graphic and creative design talent and excellent physical model-making skills.
