第一分院医疗建筑团队是具有海外留学背景并专门从事医疗、养老建筑研究、咨询和设计的专业团队；工作地点位于清华大学校内的设计中心楼。坚持“精益设计”的核心价值观，致力于打造具有创新力的设计团队，构建了专业的医疗工艺设计体系和医疗专项设计全流程方案，并开发了医院建筑使用后评估方法和工具，对大型医疗建筑以及复杂的医院改扩建工程具有丰富的设计经验。旨在为社会提供“前期策划-建筑设计-医疗工艺-使用后评估”全生命周期的设计和咨询服务，希望努力推动医疗、养老领域内建筑设计的创新和发展。

Founded in 1958,the Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tsinghua University (THAD)is a leading architectural design institute based in Beijing，China. THAD has a top-ranking design team with more than 1300 engineering and architects, including 6 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 4 national design masters and 228 national first-class registered architects. The medical architecture team of the First Branch is a professional team with overseas study background and specializing in medical and elderly care building research, consulting and design; The work location is located in the Design Center Building of Tsinghua University. Adhering to the core values of “lean design”, we are committed to building an innovative design team, building a professional medical process design system and medical special design whole-process scheme, and developing post- Occupancy evaluation methods and tools for hospital buildings, and have rich design experience in large-scale medical buildings and complex hospital reconstruction and expansion projects. It aims to provide the society with design and consulting services for the whole life cycle of “pre-planning-architectural design-medical technology-post- Occupancy evaluation”, hoping to promote the innovation and development of architectural design in the fields of medical care and elderly care.

招聘职位 | Join Us

@ 建筑师（医疗）Architect（Healthcare）

1.建筑学硕士研究生学位及以上；
2.较高的方案创作水平和较强的项目组织协调能力；
3.熟悉建筑专业相关标准及设计规范；
4.熟练掌握AutoCAD，Sketchup，V-ray，Lumion及Adobe系列等软件的使用；
5.团队合作精神强，有独立工作能力和创造力，善于沟通和表达，责任心强。
6.有海外留学和工作经历、精通英语者优先。
7.有医院建筑设计经历优先。

1. Master degree or above in architecture;
2. A higher level of program creation and strong project organization and coordination;
3. Familiar with building professional standards and design specifications;
4. Familiar with the use of software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-ray, Lumion and Adobe series;
5. Strong team spirit, independent working ability and creativity, good communication and expression, strong sense of responsibility.
6 Applicants with overseas study and work experience, proficiency in English are preferred.
7. Applicants with hospital building design experience are preferred.

@ 实习生 Internship

1.建筑学本科及以上在读学生或毕业生（含研究生）；
2.熟练掌握AutoCAD, Sketchup，V-ray，Lumion及Adobe系列等软件的使用；
3.热爱设计，擅于学习，能够快速融入团队，积极主动的承担工作；
4.可连续实习五个月及以上；
5.实习期间表现优秀的同学，可以优先录用为正式员工。 （实习补贴：本科生3000 RMB/月，研究生4000RMB/月）

1. Undergraduate students majoring in architecture and above (including graduate students);
2. Familiar with the use of software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-ray, Lumion and Adobe series;
3. Love design, good at learning, can quickly integrate into the team, take the initiative to take the initiative;
4. Continuous internship for six months and above;
5. Good internship during the classmates, can be hired as a regular employee. (Internship Subsidy: 3000 RMB / month for undergraduate students and 4000 RMB/ month for graduates)
