非静止建筑是一个国际化的富有创作激情的团队，以创新的设计去探索城市、建筑与艺术的未来边界，工作室由郑默女士和马丁·米勒教授（美）创立，运用集成化的参数化设计和数字建造为手段，主张结合自然仿生及绿色生态的设计理念，注重科技与艺术的结合；并重视创新设计、尖端材料、工艺和科技的运用。公司的总部位于北京和纽约，项目包括建筑与城市规划设计、城市大型公共景观、建筑改造项目、住宅及商业设计、文旅项目规划设计、创新建筑材料与结构设计、绿色低碳建筑设计、人工智能研发与大型环境装置设计与建造。我们追求富有挑战性的项目，在新领域中不断探索，并引领建筑和城市的未来发展方向。

AntiStatics Architecture is an international creative Architecture and Design studio, founded by Mo Zheng and Martin Miller based in Beijing and New York. We focus on innovative design utilizing cutting-edge digital tools and advanced fabrication to develop elegant solutions. The office is driven to provide innovative architectural solutions looking to advanced computational tools to find new material efficiencies and user integration. Our work includes master planning, architectural design, interiors, art installation, stage design, and cutting-edge technological research.

Antistatics believes in the experiment. We believe that diversity brings strength to solutions. Our work straddles research and practice, operating across scales from massive to minute. Every project informs another, we believe in learning. We operate through environments, both virtual and physical, placing ourselves at the threshold between the two. It is here that we find novel solutions to complex problems.

O 建筑设计师/ Architectural Designer

工作描述：
您将在非静止的国际团队担任建筑设计师的工作，并且训练提高运用利用尖端电脑设计技术与传统的建造技术。目前, 我们正在设计多个北京城市更新项目，滨水建筑及景观构筑物与景观桥设计，多个城市设计沉浸式剧场，与世界知名的艺术家合作高端商业的设计，中小尺度的建筑改造及极具创意的室内、装置艺术的设计建造。同时主导研发数字沉浸式AI项目、参数化设计与数字建造一体、机械臂建造项目等。

要求：
•具有专业建筑学位（建筑本科或硕士），或相关领域。海外留学经历者优先；
•有很强的方案和设计能力。有从事过以下类别设计优先：城市更新建筑改造、概念店艺术界店面、剧场文化建筑、中小尺度创意性强的建筑设计、艺术装置与数字建造；
•2+ 年的工作经验 （国内或海外经验，同时欢迎应届硕士毕业生）；
•有很强的三维建模能力和二维绘图技能；
•有很强的Rhino 3D建模及设计技能, 熟练使用Adobe Suite, Auto CAD；
•有较强的渲染和平面表现能力, 掌握Lumion等渲染软件 , 并有较强的后期PS能力；
•有Grasshopper编程，SubD，动画编辑经验为佳，不是必须条件；
•有从设计到施工、建造的能力和解决不同尺度复杂问题的能力，了解材料与建造工艺；
•具有完成设计图纸和汇报文件的能力；
•较强的英文书写和口语能力；
•了解一定的数字建造与3D打印技术为佳。

Job description:
You will work and learn to develop projects utilizing cutting edge tools alongside traditional analogue techniques. We are currently in the process of developing projects involving the Urban renewal projects in Beijing, large-scale waterfront architecture and landscape design, Multiple Immersive theater design in many cities; Collaboration with world-renowned artists for high-end retail design, and computationally driven research and digital fabrication.

Requirements:
• professional degree in architecture B.Arch or M.Arch, or in a relevant field;
• strong conceptual and design talent;
• 2+ years’ work experience;
• strong communication skills, cooperated and organized, have responsibility;
• strong 3D modeling skill and 2D drafting skill;
• strong Rhino, Adobe Suite, Auto CAD skills;
• Grasshopper scripting, Rhino SubD, Animation experience is desired, not required;
• strong rendering and graphic skill, using Lumion, V-ray and Strong at post production;
• ability to work from design to construction/fabrication and complex problem solving in different scales;
• ability to prepare drawing packages and presentation packages;
• fluency in written and spoken English, bilingual Chinese English is a plus;
• knowledge of digital fabrication is a plus.

O 项目设计师（建筑与室内方向）/Project Designer (Architecture and Interior Direction)

要求：
• 两年以上实际建筑及室内设计从业经验，最好参与过时尚品牌旗舰店/概念店设计、商业店面空间（服装、珠宝品牌）、剧场演艺建筑空间、餐厅酒吧空间设计、办公空间设计、艺术文化空间等类型的项目；
• 具有专业建筑或室内设计学位（建筑本科或硕士），或相关领域；
• 熟练掌握Rhino, Adobe Suite, Auto CAD等软件，具备从二维图纸到三维建模的能力；
• 完整参与过建筑及室内项目的方案设计、各专业深化配合、施工图绘制、现场指导，直至完工交付的全过程；
• 有组织全套施工图的能力，能够协调水暖电各专业图纸交图，并最终审定全套图纸；
• 有对建筑设计的理解，可以和建筑设计师的空间设计相结合、优化，达到室内、室外的设计统一；
• 有照明设计的经验和对光环境的理解，并对色彩和国际化的设计趋势有自己的见解；
• 熟悉设计材料、室内软装、家具、艺术品；并符合国际化的设计趋势并有一定的审美；
• 与一定的现场经验，参与现场施工会议与现场服务。

Requirements:
• More than two years of practical experience in architecture and interior design, preferably involved in projects such as fashion brand flagship/concept store design, commercial store space (clothing, jewelry brands), theater performance space, restaurant bar space design, office space design, art and cultural space, etc.;
•With a professional degree in architecture or interior design (Bachelor or master of architecture), or a related field. Study abroad experience is preferred;
• Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Suite, Auto CAD software, available from two-dimensional drawings to three-dimensional modeling and rendering capabilities;
• Complete interior project design, worked with different project professions, construction drawings, and on-site guidance until completion of the whole process of delivery;
• Has the independent ability to organize complete construction drawing set, can coordinate the plumbing and other professional drawings and finalize a full set of the drawings;
• Understanding of architectural design, can work together with architectural designer and optimize the design; make sure indoor and outdoor design is consistent;
• Experience in lighting design and Understanding light environment; has a strong scene of color and his or her own opinion in international design trends;
• Experience in material, interior décor, furniture, art pieces, follow the design trends;
• Has on-site experience, participate the in-construction meetings.

O 参数化设计与视觉设计师/ Parametric Design and Visual Designer

要求：
• 申请者必须拥有优秀的建筑与室内空间的3D数字化设计或参数化设计技能；
• 熟练使用Rhino 3D, Grasshopper编程, Rhino SubD，动画编辑经验为佳；
• 可以通过AI 工具 Midjourney 等完成设计效果的视觉表达，并可以通过3D设计与参数化编程生成相应的设计效果；
• 拥有表现和视觉表达能力，对构图、材质、灯光有敏锐的眼光，并能熟练制作高质量效果图制作和把控后期处理。有一定的英语沟通能力，并有一定的建筑与室内动画视频设计与制作，有Unreal, VR等游戏设计操作界面为佳，不是必须条件；
•具有专业建筑学、室内、艺术、环境艺术等领域学位；
•从事过渲染图和后期制作包含室内、建筑、景观规划等项目；
•有很强的的渲染和平面表现能力, 熟练使用Lumion, 并很较强的后期PS能力；
•对3D打印、CNC 制造、数字建造等有兴趣，可以操作工作室的Fab Lab,并参与一定的数字建造产品的设计到研发；
•较强的英文书写和口语能力。

Requirements:
• Applicants must possess excellent 3D digital design or parametric design skills in architecture and interior spaces;
• Proficient in using Rhino 3D, Grasshopper scripting, SubD, and animation editing experience is preferred;
• Visual expression of design effects can be achieved through AI tools such as Midjourney, and corresponding design effects can be generated through digital design and parametric design;
• The applicant must have excellent architectural and interior space’s visual expression ability, have a keen eye on composition, material and lighting, and be skilled in producing high-quality effect renderings and controlling post-productions. Have certain English communication skills, have certain architectural and interior animation design and production, Unreal engine, VR design experience is a plus, not necessary;
•Have a degree in professional architecture, interior, art, environmental art, and other fields;
• Engaged in rendering and post production projects including interior, architectural, landscape planning, etc.;
• Strong rendering and graphic presentation skills, proficient in using Lumion, and strong post production PS skills;
•Interested in 3D printing, CNC manufacturing, digital construction, etc., able to operate the Fab Lab of the studio, and participate in the design and development of certain digital construction products;
• Fluency in written and spoken English, bilingual Chinese English is a plus.

O 设计助理（建筑及室内方向）/ Assistant Designer （Architecture and Interior Direction）

要求：
• 具有专业建筑学位（建筑本科或硕士），或相关领域(室内设计、景观环艺专业)。海外留学经历者优先；
• 有很强的视觉平面表现能力和设计才能；
• 有很强的三维建模能力和二维绘图技能；
• 掌握Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite，CAD。Grasshopper 经验为佳，不是必须条件；
• 优秀的模型制作和手工实践能力, 有激光切割及3D打印制作技能为佳；
• 有较强的的渲染和平面表现能力, 并有较强的后期PS能力与分析图设计能力。有视频编辑与制作能力，使用Adobe After Effects为佳；
• 具有完成设计图纸和汇报文件的能力；
• 流利的英文书写和口语能力；
• 有一定的经验从事建筑/规划或是室内设计项目，从概念设计到建造过程的能力为佳；
• 实习申请者应考虑工作最少3-6个月

Requirements:
• Professional degree in architecture or Interior, or in a relevant field;
• Strong conceptual and design talent;
• 3D modeling skill and 2D drafting skill;
• Knowing and using Rhino, Adobe Suite, Auto CAD;
• Excellent craft and model-making skills, knowing laser-cut and 3D Printing is a plus;
• Strong rendering and graphic skill, and Strong at post production and diagrams; Having video editing and production skills, using Adobe After Effects is preferred;
• Ability to prepare drawing packages and presentation packages;

• Have experience in architecture and planning or interior projects, from design to a construction/fabrication knowledge is a plus;
• Internship applicant should consider to work minimum 3-6 months

O 总经理助理/ Principal Assistant

要求：
• 建筑、设计、艺术或商业管理相关专业的本科或大专以上学历，会计、财务等相关专业大专以上学历；
• 熟悉MS Office (word, excel, PPT) 和 Adobe Creative Suit (PS, InDesign)软件；
• 语言表达能力佳，具有英文书写和口语能力者优先考虑；
• 工作细致，责任感强，语言能力强，良好的沟通能力，有一定的文字撰写能力，善于处理流程性事务、良好的学习能力、独立工作能力，严谨的工作作风，较强的亲和力和凝聚力；
• 熟悉设计公司的的工作流程，与总经理参与设计汇报及整理会议纪要工作；
• 具备法务知识、公文撰写能力，懂得编写设计服务类相关合同优先考虑；
• 配合与甲方沟通，协助设计师完成工作，并具备公关和市场营销能力；
• 学习能力强，通过和国际设计师团队工作，学习英文并适当学习掌握设计流程和平面设计及文案、媒体、视频制作、网站编排等;
• 负责一定的行政工作及办公室日常管理工作。

Requirements:
• 4 years bachelor degree in Architecture, Art, Design, or Business management;
• Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Chinese speaking. English speaking and writing is a plus;
• Responsible, strong communication and origination skills;
• Knowing design office’s work flow, will be involved with certain presentation and client meetings;
• Assist company principal for administrative work and related office management work flow;
• Having legal knowledge and ability to write official documents, understanding how to write contracts related to design services is a priority;
• Cooperate with Party A in communication, assist designers in completing work, and possess public relations and marketing skills;
• Strong learning ability, through working with an international designer team, learning English and appropriately mastering design processes, graphic design, copywriting, media, video production, website layout, etc.;
• Responsible for certain administrative work and daily office management.
