■ COLORFULL is a Sino-Japanese architectural design firm founded in Shanghai in 2011, and has been actively working on design projects in Asia. By utilizing our four advantages, we are committed to creating a rich and diverse range of comfortable spaces for users, making New Normal lifestyle more vivid and COLOR-FULL.

■ COLORFULL has always been focusing on design of diversified commercial space (to play), office (to work) and hotel (to live). We consider and respond to the macro environment’s plan of “carbon emission peak” and “carbon neutrality”, from multiple dimensions of design, and concentrate on sustainable renewal of buildings and spaces. By urban renewal, we hope to preserve the history and characters of buildings and spaces, while revitalizing these existing spaces and environments, so as to contribute to world’s “sustainable living”.

▼ 越界 · 陕康里（上海）（点此查看更多）
项目位于上海市中心的旧公共租界(陕西路×康定路)，改造前为建材市场，用地中心保留着一座印度锡克教教堂。我们将其打造成一个艺术商业街区，不但保留了城市的文脉，更具有多元化的包容性，成为诠释文创精神最好的平台。

对冠生园食品技术中心的八栋小尺度建筑群落进行改造，在保留老厂房错落空间感的同时，使其呈现出全新的生命力和极具特色的海派风格。

▼迅销 (中国) 总部办公（上海）
UNIQLO（优衣库）/Theory（希奥睿）/GU（极优）
项目位于上海浦西新地标——“徐家汇中心”的T1塔楼内。该楼于2022年竣工，是以超甲级写字楼标准打造的220米高世界级商圈标杆建筑。

▼长安时间（西安）
用地毗邻长安大学，前身是1955年建造的西安汽车机械学校，我们在面向城市主轴和面向长安大学的两侧分别设计了不同尺度、各具特色的外立面。城市展示面设置了以西安古城墙砖为主题的不规则LED屏幕。

耗时3年为飞利浦量身定制，总园区建筑面积170,000㎡。除主要研发、办公功能外，园区内银行、咖啡厅、健身房、美食广场等配套设施一应俱全。

▼贝亲研发中心（上海）
项目核心在于转换研发中心的既有印象，通过空间设计使员工在日常工作中，对品牌价值观有更清晰的认知、产生共鸣与认同，并参与到企业文化的塑造过程。

▼南京 · 鹏欣水游城改造（南京）
2008年建设的南京水游城运营十数年后，为满足当下消费需求和引领商业发展趋势，对建筑平面功能、外立面、公区精装修及景观进行了全面升级。因非闭店改造难度较高，改造周期持续三年，目前已接近尾声。通过互动水景、互动LED屏幕等的引入，给顾客带来更多沉浸式体验的乐趣。

▼开云书房（江西台岭乡）
对乡村的一个综合文化站进行公益改造设计，打造出一个向公众开放的图书馆“大堂”，使人们可以自发地在此聚集，由此为村民们提供一个老少咸宜的学习、交流和休闲的场所。

招聘职位 | Job Description

@ 主任建筑设计师
Chief Architect

1. 建筑学或相关设计专业本科或以上学历；
2. 8年以上全过程设计经验，擅长商业建筑/办公园区/城市更新项目总体规划、前期方案创作，有落地项目的经验；
3. 负责/协助从概念设计到方案0-1设计，为项目设计团队的日常设计工作提供必要指导，对效果图、模型、多媒体进行全面把控；
4. 具备良好的综合管理和思考能力，较强的责任心和严谨的设计态度，善于沟通和团队协作；
5. 熟练应用SU, D5, AutoCAD, PS, ID, AI, PPT, Excel, Word 等软件；
6. 有英语、日语能力者优先。

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related design.
2. More than 8 years of whole process design experience, good at commercial building/office park/urban renewal project master planning, preliminary plan creation, experience in landing projects.
3. Responsible for/assisting the project design team from concept design to scheme 0-1 design, providing necessary guidance for the daily design work of the project design team, and comprehensively controlling the effect drawing, model and multimedia.
4. Have good comprehensive management and thinking ability, strong sense of responsibility and rigorous design attitude, good communication and teamwork.
5. Good command of SU, D5, AutoCAD, PS, ID, AI, PPT, Excel, Word, etc.
6. English and Japanese language skill preferred.

@ 建筑设计师
Architect

1. 建筑学或相关设计专业本科或以上学历；
2. 3~8年方案及施工图设计经验，擅长商业建筑/办公园区/城市更新项目总体规划、前期方案创作，有落地项目的经验；
3. 负责/协助从概念设计到方案0-1设计；
4. 较强的责任心和严谨的设计态度，善于沟通和团队协作；
5. 熟练应用SU, D5, AutoCAD, PS, ID, AI, PPT, Excel, Word 等软件；
6. 有英语、日语能力者优先。

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related design.
2. 3-8 years of experience in scheme and construction drawing design, good at overall planning and preliminary scheme creation of commercial buildings/office parks/urban renewal projects, with experience in landing projects.
3. Responsible for/assist from concept design to scheme 0-1 design.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and rigorous design attitude, good at communication and teamwork.
5. Good command of SU, D5, AutoCAD, PS, ID, AI, PPT, Excel, Word, etc.

Chief Interior Designer

1. 建筑，环艺或相关设计专业本科或以上学历；
2. 6年以上全过程设计经验，擅长商业空间（公寓酒店项目经验加分）/办公空间/城市更新项目前期方案创作，有落地项目的经验；
3. 负责/协助从概念设计到方案0-1设计，为项目设计团队的日常设计工作提供必要指导，有现场管理经验，熟悉规范，施工图设计经验丰富；
4. 具备良好的专业的深化设计和项目管理能力，较强的责任心和严谨的设计态度，善于沟通和团队协作；
5. 熟练应用SU, D5, AutoCAD, PS, ID, AI, PPT, Excel, Word 等软件；
6. 有英语、日语能力者优先。

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, environmental art or related design.
2. More than 6 years of whole process design experience, good at commercial space (apartment hotel project experience bonus)/office space/urban renewal project early plan creation, have landing project experience.
3. Responsible for/assisting the project design team from concept design to scheme 0-1 design, providing necessary guidance for the daily design work of the project design team, with site management experience, familiar with specifications, and rich experience in construction drawing design.
4. Have good professional ability to deepen design and project management, strong sense of responsibility and rigorous design attitude, good communication and teamwork.
5. Good command of SU, D5, AutoCAD, PS, ID, AI, PPT, Excel, Word, etc.
6. English and Japanese language skill preferred.

Interior Designer

1. 建筑，环艺或相关专业本科或以上学历；
2. 2~6年工作经验，擅长商业空间（公寓酒店项目经验加分）/办公空间/城市更新项目前期方案创作，有落地项目的经验；
3. 负责/协助从概念设计到方案0-1设计；

@ 深化设计总监
Director of Design Development

1. 建筑，环艺或相关专业本科或以上学历；
2. 8年以上全过程设计经验，具备专业的方案设计或深化设计能力，有落地项目的经验；
3. 负责项目的具体工作计划并有序推进深化设计工作，对设计全过程经验（方案、扩初）以及建造全过程控制能力；
4. 具备良好的综合管理和思考能力，较强的责任心和严谨的设计态度，善于沟通和团队协作；
5. 熟练应用SU, AutoCAD, PS, ID, AI, PPT, Excel, Word 等软件；
6. 有英语、日语能力者优先。

1. Bachelor’s degree (or above) in architecture, environmental art design or relevant majors.
2. More than 8 years of experience in the whole process of design, with professional design or deepening design capabilities, and experience in landing projects.
3. Responsible for the specific work plan of the project, promote and deepen the design work in an orderly manner, and control the experience of the whole design process (plan, expansion) and the whole construction process.
4. Have good comprehensive management and thinking ability, strong sense of responsibility and rigorous design attitude, good communication and teamwork.
5. Good command of SU, AutoCAD, PS, ID, AI, PPT, Excel, Word, etc.

@ 新媒体运营专员
New Media Specialist

1. 建筑、艺术、设计等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 有较强的策略性，创造性，对网络热点及公共情绪具备高敏锐度；
3. 有良好的建筑理解力、图文表达能力及审美素养，具备中英文学术写作水平及独立编撰日常对外发布所需的媒体资料；
4. 熟练操作设计类 (PS、AI、ID)，会剪映和Microsoft Office等办公类软件（有摄影经验者优先）。

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, art, design, and related fields.
2. Strong strategic and creative skills, with high sensitivity to internet hotspots and public emotions.
3. Have good architectural understanding, graphic expression ability, and aesthetic literacy, possess academic writing skills in both Chinese and English, and independently compile media materials required for daily external publication.
4. Proficient in design (PS, AI, ID), and can cut film and Microsoft Office office software (photography experience is preferred).
