URBANUS 源于拉丁文的“城市”。都市实践既是一个机构，更是一种理念，它旨在从广阔的城市视角和特定的城市体验中解读建筑的内涵，紧扣中国的城市现实，以研究不断涌现的当下城市问题为基础致力于建筑学领域的探索和实践。

都市实践创建于1999年，目前在深圳和北京设有工作室。二十余年来我们坚持研究引领设计，将城市研究、城市设计、城市策展与建筑实践融合，不断拓展实践的边界。我们坚持以问题为导向，在实践中有意识地建立自身的立场、使命和角色。近年来我们更加专注于对城市更新模式、后城中村发展、高密度城市类型、历史建筑与街区保护与再生等课题的研究与实践，一系列新建成作品成为建构未来城市生活的文化地标。 都市实践的工作以其对城市社会和历史结构的敏锐，整合复杂城市环境里潜在的空间和社会文化资源，准确找到有效的应对策略而受到国际关注。

新近完成作品包括2022年深双主展场-原金威啤酒厂改造、华侨城创意文化园新的文化地标-深圳OCAT-B10、南头古城杂糅近代建造历史的微型综合体“杂交楼”、 纪念招商局成立150周年的招商局历史博物馆、沈阳东贸库改造、白沙岛金融小镇社区中心、鼓浪屿当代艺术中心等。

进行中项目包括深圳大芬油画村改造、龙岗“城/村计划”、稷山“一村两国宝”游客中心设计、永乐宫旧址改造、清华万科公共卫生与健康学院暨干训楼改造、深圳创星九年制学校、五联上艺小学、龙华科技馆、粤海文体中心等。

都市实践的设计实践是以城市为方法，是一种面对特定地域、文化区域中的当下社会与空间现实的积极介入。以实践为思考，以观念为介入，以城市为方法，也以城市为最终的项目和目标 (‘The City as a Project’)。

The name “URBANUS” derives from the Latin word for “urban”. More than a design practice, URBANUS is also a think tank. It aims at formulating architectural strategy from the urban environment in general and the ever-changing urban conditions.

Founded in 1999, URBANUS developed its branches in Beijing and Shenzhen.
For over twenty years, we have employed design as a tool for research, exploring the limits of urban design, curatorial design, and architecture design. We adhere to being problem-solving, consciously establishing our insights in practice and experiment.
For the past few years, we have focused on research and practice on urban regeneration, post-urban-village development, typologies of hyper-density, and historic conservation and regeneration for buildings and neighborhoods. The new series of completed works are becoming cultural landmarks for shaping the future of urban life.

The works of Urbanus have drawn international attention due to the company’s sensitivity to urban historical and social structure, integration of potential resources of space and society, and effectiveness in responding to the complicated urban environment.

Recently completed projects:

Main Venue of 2022 UABB –Jinpi Fang(Kingway Brewery Renovation), A new cultural landmark in Shenzhen OCAT – B10, Nantou Hybrid Building, China Merchants Group History Museum for its 150th anniversary, Rehabilitation for Shenyang Dongmaoku Warehouses, Community Center of Baishadao Commercial Town, Community Center of Baishadao Commercial Town, KCCA (Kulangsu Center for Contemporary Art);

@ 设计总监（深圳）
Design Director  (Shenzhen)

1.要求建筑学相关专业本科以上学历，具备五年以上设计型事务所工作经历和公共建筑项目主设计人经验；
2.了解都市实践的作品和设计理念，有宽阔的建筑和城市视野，关注设计行业发展，了解前沿设计思想，具有较强的设计判断力；
3.具有较强的建筑方案及综合设计能力，熟悉事务所的工作方法，具有较强的表达能力；
4.能带领团队工作，有较强的抗压能力和高昂的工作热情，具备良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，有高度的事业心和责任心，有很强的感召力和凝聚力，营造积极向上的团队氛围。

1. A Bachelor degree or higher in architecture or related disciplines, with more than five years of working experience in architect firm and experience as the main designer of public building projects;
2. Believe what URBANUS believe, also with a broad architectural and urban vision, insist paying attention to the development of the design industry, keep up with cutting-edge design ideas, and have their own judgment about projects;
3. Hold the comprehensive design ability, familiar with the working methods of the architecture firm, with a strong expression ability;

@ 高级设计师（深圳）
Senior Architect (Shenzhen)

1.要求建筑学和城市规划等相关专业本科及以上学历，有设计型事务所工作经历者优先；
2.曾参与过优秀的公共建筑设计和重要的城市设计项目，有较强的设计经验及表达能力；
3.具有担任项目设计负责人的经验，并具有较强的团队领导力和与甲方沟通的能力；
4.对建筑艺术有执着的追求，并具备良好的设计领悟能力。

1. A Bachelor Degree or higher in Architecture, Urban Design or related disciplines. Experience in an architect firm is preferred；
2.With experiences in public architecture and urban design, strong schematic design and presentation skills；
3. Experience as a design leader and the ability to lead projects through all phases of design. Strong communication skills with clients；
4. Constant enthusiasm and sensitivity in architecture.

O 方案/深化建筑师
Design Development Architect

1. 要求建筑学等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上方案深化和施工图设计工作经验，有施工现场服务经验者优先；
2. 熟悉现行行业设计标准和国家规范，熟练深化和施工图设计相关技术要求，对建筑建构、构造、材料有充分的了解和掌握；
3. 设计感悟性强，对建筑设计有追求和热爱；
4. 作为项目建筑师负责方案深化和施工图设计以及现场的设计问题的解决；
5. 具备建筑设计相关的专项知识，能够处理建筑与相关专业间的关系；
6. 有良好的团队合作精神，具备良好的交流和沟通能力；
7.熟练掌握Cad、天正、Sketchup、Photoshop等设计软件，能快速准确绘制平、立、剖面图及节点大样图。

1. A Bachelor Degree or higher in Architecture or related disciplines, at least 3 years working experiences in development design and construction drawings, on-site construction experience is preferred.
2. Familiar with Design standards and national building code in architectural field. Skilled in development design, construction design and relevant technical requirements, master the knowledge of construction and materials;
3. Constant enthusiasm and sensitivity in architecture.
4. Responsible for design development and construction design, and propose corresponding solutions in the construction site
5. Comprehensive knowledge and design ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals
6. Good work ethic and teamwork spirit, strong communication and negotiation ability
7. Proficient in design software such as CAD, TANGENT, Sketchup、Photoshop, quick and accurate construction drawing capability including architectural plans, elevations, sections, details etc.

Researcher (Shenzhen)

1.要求建筑学和城市规划等相关专业硕士以上学历；
2.具备良好的建筑及城市研究课题基础，参与过各种研究或出版项目；
3.具备较强的学术论文写作的能力，致力于城市学、建筑学领域的研究；
4.熟练掌握设计软件工具，善于学习，工作认真负责，细心严谨，敬业踏实，良好的职业素质和团队合作精神。

1. A Master Degree or higher in Architecture, Urban Design or related disciplines;
2. Be adept at Architecture and Urban Design research, practical experience in research and publication;
3. Knowledge of architecture related work such as exhibition design, publication design and thesis writing, etc.

O 景观设计师（深圳）
Landscape Architect (Shenzhen)

1、要求建筑学、风景园林、环艺等相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有景观设计和城市公共景观规划工作经验者优先；
2、具备景观深化和实施设计能力，有从方案设计到施工图全过程的经验；
3、具有较强的艺术审美能力，方案创新和表达能力，对景观设计充满热情；
4、熟练掌握设计软件，善于学习，敬业踏实，有良好的职业素质和团队合作精神。

1. Bachelor degree or higher in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Art and other related majors. Experience in landscape design and urban public landscape planning is preferred;
2. Familiar with national landscape design specifications, able to undertake the landscape design/planning projects, and have experience in the whole process from scheme design to construction drawings;
3. Possess excellent artistic aesthetic ability, creative thinking and strong expression ability, and be passionate about landscape design;
4. Familiar with design software, strong learning ability, dedicated and practical, with good professionalism and teamwork spirit.

O 室内设计师（深圳/北京）
Interior Designer(Shenzhen/Beijing)

1、要求建筑学、环境艺术及室内设计专业本科及以上学历，有留学背景及设计型事务所工作经历，具备公共建筑室内设计经验优先。
2、具备优秀的方案设计能力，熟悉项目各个阶段的设计工作内容，有从方案深化到施工图及施工现场配合经验；对建构和材料熟悉，并对相关方面的创新有研究；具有较强的学习能力。
3、善于团结团队，责任心强，具有良好的沟通协调能力，能够与业主，供应商，材料商及各相关专业公司高效配合。

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, environmental art and interior design, overseas study background and working experience in design firm or public building interior design experience is preferred.
2. Professional experience in all project phases including pre-design through construction administration; Familiar with construction progress and materials, and research in related aspects of innovation with strong learning ability.
3. A team player, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate efficiently with owners, suppliers, material suppliers and other related professional companies.

建筑设计和城市研究方向或展览策划及创意设计方向的策划与设计工作。

1.建筑学，艺术，策展或相关专业本科学历以上，有工作经验者优先；

都市实践欢迎有执着的设计热情和专业理想的优秀学子加入！公司常年招聘来自国内外建筑、城市规划设计、室内、景观专业大四以上的实习生。都市实践实行专人导师制，提供实习薪酬和具挑战性的项目实践机会。在校生需保证有三个月以上的全时实习期。

Our company recruits interns with architecture, urban planning and design, interior or landscape architecture education background and must have completed 4+ years of study in an applicable program. URBANUS implements a mentoring system while also providing an internship salary and challenging project practice opportunities. Students should ensure a full-time internship period for more than three months.
