法国VP建筑设计事务所是欧洲十大著名设计事务所之一，也是法国最大的建筑设计事务所。

法国VP由Denis Valode先生和Jean Pistre先生于1980年创办。两位总裁均是法兰西建筑学院的成员，其中Denis Valode先生曾长期执教于著名的法国巴黎高等美术学院建筑系。总部设在法国巴黎，波兰的华沙、西班牙的马德里、俄罗斯的莫斯科、中国北京都有 VP 的分公司。

公司内部设有四个公司：建筑设计公司、城市规划公司、建筑结构技术公司和室内设计公司。VP的主要设计作品分布在全球16个国家和地区，以大型公共建筑、商业中心和居住区为主，如写字楼、酒店、国际展览会议中心、科研中心、博物馆、大学、医院、综合商业中心和高档住宅等等。

招聘职位 | Job Vacancies

@ 初级建筑师 Junior Architect

1) 建筑学相关专业本科或以上学历,至少3-5年同岗位工作经验；
2) 优秀的中文, 英语（或法语）沟通能力，良好的团队合作能力；
3) 熟练应用包括Rhino, AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp等设计软件；
4) 有较强的领导能力，团队管理能力及项目管理能力；
5) 良好的组织能力；
6) 有方案设计到施工图设计全过程设计经验优先考虑；
7) 熟悉国内设计规范。

1) Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, at least 3-5 years’ experience;
2) Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English or French, and the ability to work well with a team;
3) Computer skills should include Rhino, AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp;
4) Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage teams and projects;
5) Strong organizational skills；
6) Experience in the whole design process from schematic design to construction drawings is preferred；
7) Basic knowledge of Chinese design code.

O 建筑设计实习生 Architect Intern

1) 建筑学本科或硕士学历在读;
2) 良好的沟通能力并适应团队合作设计;
3) 熟练建模软件（Rhino或SU），对渲染软件有一定了解 (如Lumion, Enscape等);
4) 熟练使用排版与图形制作软件，并有一定的图纸绘制功底，熟练使用Photoshop / InDesign / AI / Illustrator / Excel / PowerPoint 等软件;
5) 熟练的英语（或法语）沟通能力。

@ 中级建筑师 Architect Designer

1) 建筑学相关专业本科或以上学历,至少5-10年同业工作经验，有大型公建项目工作经验，熟悉展览中心、商业中心或综合体等项目设计；
2) 能够指导团队成员，良好的团队合作能力；熟悉项目流程和团队管理、进度管理及项目预算管理等；
3) 熟练使用2D/3D软件，包括AutoCAD、Rhino、Sketchup、Photoshop、InDesign和Illustrator, PowerPoint等设计软件；
4) 具有良好的中文、英语（或法语）沟通能力；
5) 良好的手绘及渲染技能；
6) 良好的客户关系及汇报能力。

1) BArch / MArch or foreign equivalent, 5-10 years of professional experience on the design of large-scale projects such as, exhibition center, commercial center, or mixed-use projects;
2) Have the ability to mentor team members, offer guidance to junior designers; Knowledge of the total project process and team management, schedules and budgets;
3) Proficiency in the use of 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, and PowerPoint etc.;
4) Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English (Or French);
5) Good freehand and rendering skills;
6) Good skills in client relationship management and presentation.

@ 法语建筑师 French-speaking architects

1) 建筑学相关专业本科或以上学历，5年及以上工作经验；
2) 法语能力达到能沟通交流、翻译文件水平；
3) 有外企工作经验者优先，熟练使用各种建筑设计软件，尤其是犀牛软件；
4) 擅长创意方案，和希望往项目组织管理方向发展者优先；

O 驻场建筑设计师（工作地点：杭州）

@ 商务 BD

岗位职责
1． 负责公司的投标工作以及服务倡议书的拟定；
2． 负责公司的商务谈判，从项目前期沟通到合同签署以及后续沟通；
3． 负责合同拟定、审阅，能够为公司规避风险；
4． 负责公司所有项目的请款、催款等；
5． 负责公司的外联工作，处理相关法务问题。

任职资格
1. 英语听说读写熟练，了解建筑设计流程，可以准备投标报名相关文件，及完成入库注册；
2. 从事过商务工作3年以上，能够独立完成资料准备，商务谈判，合同拟定，能与业主方沟通，根据工作进度进行请款，协调工作量等商务经理工作的相关事宜。
3. 本科及以上学历，商务管理等相关专业；
4. 有责任心，善于沟通，工作认真、细致，服务意识强；
5. 熟练使用电脑和日常办公软件，有较强的公文写作能力。

岗位职责
1.负责公司的行政后勤工作，创造舒适、优美、整洁的工作生活环境；

1.有建筑设计行业50-99人规模工作经验的优先；
