Wei Collective Design is a strong team built with international perspectives, our dynamic backgrounds are cross-fields transforms the spatial design into multi-dimensional thinking and expressive tension. Abandon the symbolic style characteristics, break the reorganization, and seek the balance in the imbalance in the subtle spatial scale relationship. We are good at unlocking and updating the space, integrating and dissociating the display art in the space to form a quiet and powerful energy space.

招聘职位 | POSITIONS

@ 资深软装设计师
Senior soft-furnishing designer

工作内容：
1. 独立完成项目方案设计与执行，并控制整体效果；
2. 分配及管理团队成员设计工作内容并解决工作问题；
3. 协助及配合设计总监日常工作管理。

任职要求：
1. 8年或以上相关从业经验，室内、艺术、产品、美术设计相关专业；
2. 对空间设计、颜色、陈列、视觉美感，设计风格有高认知和品味；
3. 对国内外艺术品，经典设计产品有一定的认知；
4. 熟练使用各类图文和设计软件.如ppt, Indesign， Photoshop . Sketchup, Autocad;
5. 具备良好的团队精神，并有良好的沟通能力；
6. 英文语言能力可书面和口语沟通优先。

Job Descriptions:
1. Can deliver and complete design proposal and its execution independently.
2. Assign and manage team members to design work content and solve work problems.
3. Assist daily works of design director.

Basic Requirements:
1. Min. of 8 years of professional experiences: interior, art, product related fields.
2. Have great taste for space design, color, display and visual aesthetic.
3. Have great knowledge of domestic and international artworks and classical design products.
4. Skilled in various office and design softwares, ex.Indesign Photoshop, Sketchup. Autocad.
5. Have great team spirit, and great communication skills.
6. High english proficiency preferred.

@ 软装设计师
Soft-furnishing designer

工作内容：
1. 能独立完成完整设计方案设计与执行；
2. 跟进项目执行进展，并完善处理及沟通解决设计问题；
3. 协助及配合设计主管日常工作，包含項目方案前期与整体落地执行。

任职要求：
1. 3年或以上相关从业经验，室内、艺术、产品、美术设计相关专业；
2. 对家具、灯具、地毯生产工艺有一定了解且把控项目生产周期节点；
3. 熟练使用各类图文和设计软件.如ppt, Indesign， Photoshop . Sketchup, Autocad;
4. 具备良好的团队精神，并有良好的沟通能力；
5. 英文语言能力可书面和口语沟通优先。

Job Descriptions:
1. Can deliver and complete design proposal and its execution independently.
2. Follow up the progress of project implementation,and improve the handling and communication to solve design problems.
3. Assist and cooperate with the design supervisor in the daily work,including the early stage and overall implementation of the project plan.

Basic Requirements:
1. Min. of 3 years of professional experiences: interior, art, product related fields.
2. Have a certain understanding of the production process of furniture,lamps and carpets and control the production cycle nodes of the project.
3. Skilled in various office and design softwares, ex.Indesign Photoshop, Sketchup. Autocad.
4. Have great team spirit, and great communication skills.
5. High english proficiency preferred.

@ 软装设计助理
Soft-furnishing design assistant

工作内容：
1. 辅助设计师进行項目方案的统整及办公室相关文案的制作；
2. 协助设计师关于软装项目的落地前采购以及供应商对接等具体执行的工作协调；
3. 对设计有一定理解能力，并对颜色，陈列，视觉美感.设计风格等有一定的认知和品味。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上设计、艺术相关专业学历；或有相关经验证明亦可；
2. 熟练使用各类图文作业，如ppt、Photoshop等工作软件；熟练设计软件，SketchUp, AutoCad，Rhino优先考虑；
3. 具备良好的团队精神，并有良好的沟通能力；
4. 英文语言能力可书面和口语沟通优先；
5. 须对艺术和设计抱有高度好奇心与热诚，乐于学习；
6. 实习生一周至少3-4天在岗时间，实习时间不少于6个月。

Job Descriptions:
1. Assist Designer for any project and office related works.
2. Assist soft furnishing project’s preparations and assist for communicating with suppliers.
3. Have great knowledge of design, including color, display, and visual aesthetic styles and tastes.

Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in design or art related majors; or proof of relevant experience.
2. Preferred great proficiency in various office and design software, ex. Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino.
3. Have great team spirit, and great communication skills.
4. High english proficiency preferred.
5. Great attitude and passion for learning art and design.
6. At least 3-4 days a week on the job, and the internship time is not less than 6 months.

@ 产品设计师
Product designer

工作内容：
1. 熟悉产品各材质生产流程，能独立完成设计深化；对工艺制作熟悉并有相关专业经验；
2. 负责产品及设计项目流程执行与质量把控，能够与生产厂家协调沟通工艺制作；
3. 有设计研发精神并能具体实现设计理念。

任职要求：
1. 3年或以上相关从业经验，室内、艺术、产品、美术设计相关专业；
2. 熟练使用各类图文和设计软件；
3. 具备良好的团队精神，并有良好的沟通能力；
4. 英文语言能力可书面和口语沟通优先。

Job Descriptions:
1. Familiar to productions of product related materials, can work independently including design development; professional experiences in production methods.
2. Responsible for products and design projects’ quality control, great communication skills with manufacturers.
3. Have great design research spirit and ability to execute in real world.

工作内容：
