@ 中级建筑师
Architect

1. 国内外建筑专业本科及以上学历，有2-3年以上工作经验，有国际优秀建筑事务所经验者优先考虑；
2. 对建筑、设计、艺术领域有国际视野和高品位审美；
3. 有过1个以上大型建筑工程实践及实施项目经验；
4. 精通建筑设计各类软件：包括Rhino、Maya、Grasshopper、Revit、AutoCAD等；
5. 具有较强的方案设计能力和语言沟通表达能力；
6. 在国外有留学及工作经历，并且熟练中英文的双语专业人士优先考虑。

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in architecture, Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in distinguished architecture firms.
2. Strong understanding of design and technical aspects.
3. Involved with several under construction or completed projects in the last several years (please mention your specific role and responsibilities in your portfolio).
4. Familiar with design software including Rhino, Maya, Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD etc.
5. Can keep up with the fast paced environment and be proactive to dealing with any difficult.
6. English & Chinese language is preferred.

Media and Publishing Specialist

1. 参与CAA的媒体运营、出版、策展以及平面设计相关工作；
2. 协助建筑师团队进行前期概念研究，记录和归档项目过程中的专业文件、图片、影像等资料，以及完成后的发布与展览；
3. 艺术、设计、平面设计、媒体/市场营销等相关专业，具备良好的审美意识和平面设计能力；
4. 熟练使用Adobe Creative Suite、Microsoft Office等软件；
5. 对建筑、设计与艺术有浓厚兴趣，工作细致、条理性强、执行力强；
6. 熟悉多媒体表现，视频影像制作，摄影等视觉艺术爱好者优先考虑；
7. 中英双语读写能力突出者优先考虑。

1. Participate in CAA’s media operation, publishing, exhibition planning and graphic design.
2. Assist the design team to conduct preliminary conceptual research, record and archive design documents, pictures, images and other materials in the process of the project, as well as the press release and exhibition after projects’ completion.
3. With Art, Design, Graphic Design, Media / Marketing and the related majors; good aesthetic awareness and graphic design ability.
4. Proficient in working software, such as Microsoft Office, Photoshop or InDesign.
5. Strong interest in architecture, design and art; work meticulously with strong organization and execution abilities.
6. Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and the related working software.

New Media Operation

1. 负责 CAA 创始人个人品牌的新媒体内容策划和实施，如小红书、微信视频号、 微博、Instagram 等社交媒体原创内容的产出和运营，维护良好形象；
2. 策划、编辑、发布以 CAA 创始人个人品牌为主的相关社会活动内容与自媒体内容；
3. 与 CAA 已有全球媒体资源保持良好稳定合作；
4. 1-2年以上媒体内容相关工作经验，熟悉运用新媒体的运营方式，艺术、设计、 传媒、新闻等专业本科毕业；
5. 具备优秀的美学素养，良好的平面设计能力和一定的文案能力，掌握基础的拍 照、拍摄技术，熟练掌握图片处理软件和视频处理软件；
6. 英语熟练者优先。

1. Be responsible for the planning and implementation of social media content for CAA founder’s personal brand, such as the output and operation of original content on social media such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo, Instagram, etc., and maintain personal good image.
2. Plan, edit and publish social activities and social media content with CAA founder’s personal brand as the main focus.
3. Maintain good and stable cooperation with CAA’s existing global media resources.
4. 1-2 years of experience in media content related work, familiar with social media’s operations, bachelor’s degree in art, design, media, journalism and other majors.
5. Excellent aesthetic quality, good graphic design skills and high writing level; basic photography and filming technology, proficient in image and video processing software.
6. Proficient English is privileged.

Architect Internship

1. 建筑学或相关专业全日制本科在读；
2. 对建筑、设计和艺术领域有高品位审美及判断力；
3. 实习申请期不少于3-6个月；
4. 熟练掌握AutoCAD，拥有Rhino、Grasshopper、Revit的软件操作能力，具有Photoshop，Illustrator和InDesign制图能力；
5. 申请人必须拥有优秀的个人设计作品集；
6. 有工作经验者优先考虑；
7. 中英文俱佳者优先考虑。

2. Have a fresh, open minded thinking in design approach.
3. Intern is no less than 3-6 months.

Media Internship

1. 协助CAA市场与媒体专员进行项目理念的国内外媒体平台传播、发布与合作沟通、接洽的相关工作；
2. 对建筑行业有初步了解，对新媒体有较强的感知力；
3. 建筑/公关/传媒/市场营销或相关专业本科及以上背景（具有建筑、艺术、设计背景更佳）的应届毕业生；
4. 外向开朗，具有较强的时间管理能力、沟通能力；
5. 良好的英文听、说、读、写能力，外籍人士优先考虑；
6. 熟练操作Microsoft Office、Photoshop、InDesign等办公软件；
7. 实习申请期不少于3~6个月。

1. Assist the marketing and media specialist of CAA architects in communicating and releasing the project concept on overseas media platforms and in international cooperation and communication;
2. Basic knowledge of the architecture industry and a strong sense of new media;
3. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture / PR /media / marketing or related major (Candidate with architecture, art or design background is preferred);
4. Outgoing and cheerful, with strong time management skills and communication skills;
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, foreigners are preferred;
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign and other working software;
7. The whole internship period shall be no less than 3~6 months.
