PROJECT ARCHITECT

Responsibilities 岗位职责：
– Develops solutions for architectural technical systems and details in support of project design intent.

– 2D and 3D formats

– Coordinates design development, production, and delivery of projects as a technical leader of the project team.

– Contributes to project delivery strategies, coordinates with external consultants, and supervises production of documents.

– Manages junior staff, reports to Senior Architect and Technical Director regarding progress and performance of projects.

Qualifications 任职资格：
– Master’s degree in Architecture required.
要求拥有建筑学硕士学位。
– Minimum 6 years of architectural work experience, preferably dealing with Construction phase drawings.
至少 6 年的建筑设计工作经验。有施工阶段图纸设计经验的，将获优先考虑。
– Demonstrable skills in technical design solutions.
具备技术设计解决方案的实质性能力。
– Registered Architect preferred.

– LEED accreditation preferred.

– Knowledge of architectural construction methodology and building systems required.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN PROFESSIONAL

Responsibilities 岗位职责：
– Prepares and modifies architectural drawings including details in 2D and 3D as directed by others utilizing Revit software.
根据团队要求，利用Revit绘图软件制作并修改建筑图纸，包括二维和三维详图。
– Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.
按照规范标准制定解决技术和设计问题的方案。
– Compiles data and performs elementary design computations.

– Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research.

– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, Master’s degree in Architecture preferred
