上海洽澜建筑设计有限公司(暨美国FKL设计有限公司)为中国上海和美国洛杉矶注册的建筑设计与咨询有限公司。上海洽澜建筑设计有限公司(FKL ASSOCIATES LLC.)源于2004年在美国加州洛杉矶注册的FANSDESIGN STUDIO(简称FDS)。洽澜设计(FKL)为中国上海和美国洛杉矶注册的建筑设计与咨询有限公司。业务范围包括：城市规划设计和建筑方案设计及室内方案设计。公司在商业综合体，购物中心，风情商业街办公，公寓和酒店，零售品牌店等公共建筑的室内和建筑单专业的方案设计中具备丰富的设计经验。设计注重项目的商业价值，社会价值，文化旅游价值的完美结合与体现；融合建筑，景观和人文体验，打造与众不同的商业建筑体验，形成独特的城市生活场所：设计逻辑与创意根据不同项目的特点与开发商背景情况，不同的地域文化，为客户提供最佳设计方案。

FKL Associates LLC. has two branches, one was founded in Los Angeles and the other was founded in Shanghai. FKL Associates LLC. was sourced back to Fan’s Design Studio(FDS) founded in Los Angeles in 2004. Our business scope includes: urban design and building design of commercial mixed-used projects, shopping malls, offices and hotels, retail stores and other public building projects. Our design is to merge commercial , social and cultural value into one piece. Take building design, environment design and life experience into consideration, and create a fabulous special life experience, which is called ‘place making’. We take into account on client’s background, project location, and local culture, in order to Provide the best design for clients.

The design team consists of senior architects with international architectural design experience and designers with domestic major commercial project design experience as the backbone. Our company provides a wide range of commercial building design services, from the early scheme of land acquisition, to master planning, conceptual design, scheme design, construction drawing review and construction cooperation. @ 主创建筑师 Senior Architecture Designer

岗位职责：
1、配合设计总监，能够指导设计团队完成大型购物中心、商业街、酒店和办公的概念设计、方案设计和扩初设计；
2、熟悉国家建筑法规和规范，负责审查项目相关图纸和材料样品，以满足设计意图；
3、负责协调落地设计院的各专业，平衡各专业间的技术性问题，确保项目按计划进度完成；
4、熟练使用设计工作相关设计软件，熟练使用犀牛、GH优先录用；
5、工作态度积极认真，有浓厚的创新意识，了解国内外同类建筑在规划、设计方面的发展趋势并给领导提供参考报告；
6、完成公司领导交办的其他工作

Responsibilities：
1. Cooperate with the design director, and be able to guide the design team to complete the conceptual design, schematic design and design development of large shopping malls, commercial streets, hotels and offices
2. Be familiar with national building regulations and specifications, and be responsible for reviewing drawings and material samples to meet the design intent
3. Be responsible for coordinating all disciplines of the Design Institute, balancing technical problems among disciplines, and ensuring that the project is completed as planned
4. Skilled in using design software, rhinoceros and GH users are preferred;
5. Work actively and seriously, have a strong sense of innovation, understand the development trend of domestic and foreign architecture in planning and design, and provide reference reports to leaders
6. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders

任职需求：
1、建筑学专业本科以上学历，有海外学习或工作经历者优先；
2、5年及以上建筑、工程行业设计或规划工作经验，期间以方案创意设计工作为主；

3. The ability to design large-scale commercial malls and streets is preferred
4. Be familiar with the project design process, have strong control over the early design, and be familiar with the internationallatest technology in the construction industry, national building regulations and specifications
5. Be able to organize and coordinate theteam to design the scheme, have goodcommunication and expression skills, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have professionalism
6. Skilled in using design software, rhinoceros and GH users are preferred

@ 助理建筑设计师 Assistant Architecture Designer

岗位职责：
1、 理解项目在各个阶段的设计要求和相关建筑规范，辅助设计师参与深化建筑设计；
2、 在上级建筑师指导下能配合完成小型项目的方案设计工作；
3、 制作工作模型和各阶段图纸，协助主创设计师将草图发展成合理的方案图纸并熟练使用设计相关软件，熟练使用犀牛、GH优先录用。
4、 配合上级领导完成中大型项目方案深化设计、初步设计工作及细部设计工作。
5、 按照公司标准要求制图、建模，协助组织、制作汇报文件。

Responsibilities：
1. Understand the design requirements and relevant building codes of the project at all stages, and assist the designer to participate in deepening the architectural design
2. Be able to cooperate to complete the scheme design of small projects under the guidance of senior architects
3. Make 3D models and drawings of various stages, assist the chief designer to develop sketches into reasonable scheme drawings, and skillfully use design related software. Skilled use of rhinoceros and GH is preferred.
4. Cooperate with superior leaders to complete the scheme design, deepening design and detailed design of medium and large-scale project schemes.
5. Drawing and modeling according to the requirements of the company’s standards, and
assisting in the organization and production of reporting documents

任职需求：
1、 学历：5年制本科及以上学历，建筑学等相关专业；
2、 工作经验：应届以及工作1-3年内，有知名建筑类院校经历或商业类设计公司工作实习经历优先；
3、知识要求：熟练使用设计工作相关软件，熟练使用犀牛、GH优先录用。
4、具备良好的职业道德及团队协作精神，中英文流利优先录用。

Requirements：
1. Education:Bachelor degree or above, major in architecture, environmental art (Interior Design), etc
2. Working experience: fresh graduates and within 1-3 years of work, working experience in well-known architectural colleges or internships in commercial design companies is preferred
3. Knowledge requirements: skilled use of design related software, skilled use of rhinoceros and GH is preferred
4. Good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, fluent in Chinese and English is preferred.

@ 资深室内深化设计师

岗位职责：
1、配合设计总监，能够指导设计团队完成大型购物中心、商业街、酒店和办公的设计能力；
2、熟知工艺、材料及施工规范，熟悉项目运作流程及成本预算；
3、具备较强的团队协作及沟通技巧；
4、熟练使用设计工作相关设计软件，熟练使用犀牛、GH优先录用；
5、完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

任职需求：
1、有相关专业本科以上学历，毕业后拥有5年以上专业工作经验；有海外学习或工作经历者优先；
2、熟悉项目设计流程，对项目中、后期的设计有较强的掌控能力，
3、具有商业综合体、商业街等大型工程项目中后期设计能力优先，尤其是大型综合体、商业、酒店和办公类项目的工作经验, 购物中心的设计经验是必需的；
4、善于与团队合作，能够较好的理解设计师的理念和意图，有一定深化设计能力。
