北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司（简称BIAD）。BIAD的业务范围包括：城市规划、投资策划、大型公共建筑设计、民用建筑设计、室内装饰设计、园林景观设计、建筑智能化系统工程设计、工程概预算编制、弱电工程、装饰工程、工程总承包等领域。目前，公司具备了以下资质：工程设计行业甲级、城乡规划设计甲级、工程咨询甲级、工程造价咨询甲级、旅游规划设计甲级、风景园林工程设计甲级、环境工程（物理污染防治工程）甲级。

招聘职位 | VACANCIES

@ 主任建筑师 Director of the architect

1、具有8年以上相关工作经验，正规院校本科及以上学历，建筑学及相关专业；
2、具有扎实的建筑专业基础知识，对国内外建筑设计领域的新技术、新动态、新理念有较全面的了解；
3、 较强的方案设计能力，良好的设计领悟力；
4、工作主动诚恳，责任心强，具有团队合作精神；
5、主持过大型商业或公建项目者优先；
6、熟练运用SketchUp, AutoCAD，PhotoShop, Revit, Rhino, Illustrator, InDesign等设计软件者优先；
7、具有高级以上职称，国家一级注册建筑师资格者优先。

1、More than 8 years relevant working experience, regular college degree or above, architecture and related majors；
2、With a solid foundation of professional knowledge of construction, domestic and international architectural design of new technologies, new developments, new ideas have a more comprehensive understanding;
3、Strong concept design ability, good design comprehension;
4、 Strong sense of responsibility, with team spirit;
5、 Experience with commercial, mix-use projects is preferred;
6、Skilled use of SketchUp, AutoCAD, PhotoShop, Revit, Rhino, Illustrator, InDesign and other design software is preferred;
7、With senior titles above, the national level registered architect qualification is preferred.

O 方案建筑师 Program architect

1、建筑学专业本科或以上学历，专业知识和创作能力优秀；
2、有较强的方案设计能力和方案表达能力，熟悉建筑规范，有独立完成设计项目的经验；
3、热爱建筑行业，责任心强，能承受工作压力，有较强的团队合作精神和良好的沟通协调能力；
4、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、InDesign等设计软件和办公软件。

1、Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture; Excellent design sensitivity and sound technical knowledge;
2、Have strong program design ability and program expression ability, familiar with building codes, have independent experience in designing project;
3、Love the construction industry, a strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure, a strong team spirit and good communication and coordination;
4、Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign and other design software and office software.

O 建筑施工图设计师 Architectural Drawing Designer

1、建筑学或相关专业，本科或以上学历；
2、2年以上大中型项目施工图绘制经验优先，熟悉从方案到施工图设计服务的全过程及主要环节和控制点；
3、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、InDesign等设计软件和办公软件；
4、熟悉制图规范以及相关的建筑规范和设计流程，理解及沟通能力强，作风严谨、细致。

1、Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related field;
2、More than 2 years of large and medium – sized project construction drawing experience is preferred, familiar with the program from the construction design services to the whole process and the main links and control points;
3、master AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign and other design software and office software;
4、Familiar with the cartographic specifications and the relevant building codes and design processes, understanding and communication skills, style rigorous and meticulous.

O 助理建筑师 Assistant Architect

1、正规院校建筑专业本科或以上的学历；
2、具备较强沟通能力，富于工作热情及团队合作精神，具备良好的职业道德及文化素养。严谨的工作态度，饱满的建筑热情，严谨的时间观念；
3、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、InDesign等设计软件和办公软件。

1、Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture;
2、Strong communication skills, full of enthusiasm and team spirit, have a good professional ethics and cultural literacy. Rigorous work attitude, full of architectural enthusiasm, rigorous concept of time;
3、Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign and other design software and office software.

O 实习生 Internship

我们随时欢迎优秀的在读或刚刚毕业的建筑学专业学生来加入我们的设计团队：

1、建筑学专业硕士研究生，在读学生；
2、熟练掌握AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、InDesign等设计软件和办公软件；
3、拥有出色的设计作品集；
4、实习期至少2个月，优秀实习生可考虑正式聘用。

1、Master of Architecture, Graduate Students；
2、Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign and other design software and office software；
3、Have an excellent architecture design portfolio.
4、Minimum 2months of internship. Excellent interns may be considered for formal positions.
